Vaulte collects only the information needed to build and operate your direct booking business: business details you provide, booking and customer records you create on the platform, and usage analytics that help us improve the product.

We never sell personal data. Traveler details collected through the booking engine or AI distribution surfaces belong to the operator the booking is for, and are used only to fulfil and support that booking.

You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@vaulte.example.
