Privacy Policy

Vaulte Media LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company operating two divisions: Vaulte Growth, which builds and runs direct booking and lead systems for owner-led businesses, and Vaulte Systems, which builds AI into the operations of industrial and enterprise organisations. This policy covers both.

We collect only what is needed to build and operate what you hired us for: the business and contact details you give us, the records created inside the systems we build and operate on your behalf, and usage analytics that help us improve the product.

The records inside those systems belong to you, not to us. Customer and traveler details captured through a Vaulte Growth booking surface belong to the operator the booking is for. Operational data inside a Vaulte Systems deployment belongs to the organisation that runs it. In both cases we process that data only to deliver and support the service you contracted.

We never sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Delivering the service requires third-party infrastructure and, in some products, third-party AI model providers. They process data only on our instructions and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We will name the providers used in your deployment on request.

You can request an export or a deletion of your data at any time, and we will confirm when it is done. Write to hello@vaultemedia.com.
